Our Story

Founded by Rick Bean in 1990, RV Express began as a mobile RV repair service operating out of the back of a pickup truck. In just a few short months, Rick opened his first shop on Race Street in Visalia, quickly outgrowing that location and moving to a larger facility on Burke Street. By 1999, RV Express expanded into a brand-new, state-of-the-art 8,000 sq. ft. facility at 8621 W. Goshen Avenue, where we proudly operate today.

With over 35 years of hands-on RV repair experience and a family legacy that spans four generations, RV Express has become the Central Valley’s most trusted RV repair centers.

Our History

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide RV customers with a full range of expert Services: including collision repairs, roof repairs, accessory installations, insurance and extended warranty work, propane, and two free dump stations. 

FREE collision estimates are provided when work is completed at our shop!

We also offer 50 RV Storage spaces next to our shop at reasonable rates!

Rick Bean’s roots in the RV industry run deep. In 1984, Rick began working for his father, Gerry Bean, at Simi RV Sales in Simi Valley, a business originally established by his grandfather, Bob Bean, in 1969. As Service Manager, Rick gained invaluable experience supervising service teams and ensuring high-quality customer care.

Today, RV Express continues this legacy of excellence with 10 full-service bays, a skilled team of certified technicians, and a dedication to quality that has made us the go-to RV service center in Tulare and Kings Counties.
